Founded in 2021, Big Ass Luxuries is a luxury product and candle company filling the gap in the market for long-lasting, large, fragrant candles. 

Overview

Objectives

LTPR was hired to do PR for Big Ass Luxuries, helping grow the outreach and awareness of the brand through social media, on their own page and others, and through online and print publications. 

Execution

With the 18 months LTPR had with BAL as a client, we were able to receive coverage in BAL’s dream publication as well as many others, have a multitude of influencers feature their product on their pages, and launch numerous collaborations alongside other successful companies and individuals.  

LTPR was responsible for all of the content on the BAL Instagram profile, directing and shooting over four photoshoots with iPhone and camera content for the company's social and website use. Additionally, conducting the gifting to influencers and editors, reaching out to individuals that align with the Big Ass Luxuries brand. 

In the year of 2024, Big Ass Luxuries total sales grew by 140% compared to the year of 2023.

This extensive outreach of LTPR came to fruition. The company was featured in numerous big name publications:

In 2024, BAL had a handful of candle collaborations such as DIBS x BAL, Dani Austin x BAL, and Carla Royder Designs & Co x BAL. Each existing in different areas, like the cosmetic, interior design, and social media influencer industries. 

The DIBS x BAL collaboration was designed and executed by LTPR, as well as the creative shoot with the Dani Austin x BAL collaboration was shot and produced by LTPR.

Conclusion

The 18 month relationship between LTPR and BAL, allowed for maximum growth not only for Big Ass Luxuries, but also our own company. LTPR was able further the brand awareness around BAL with publication and news features, but also gifting to influencers, helping lead to a growth in sales in 2024, as well as an increase in social media following.
