Leigh “Taylor” Richardson
Founder & CEO
Taylor Richardson is a celebrity wardrobe stylist, creative director, and entrepreneur. Her forward-thinking focus on sustainability in fashion began in 2011, when she served as the Director of Operations for We are Dar, a cause-driven clothing line for children. There, Taylor learned the intricacies of textures and fabrics, and the process of producing a garment from concept to consumer—and saw firsthand the positive impact of slow, ethical fashion.
Fast forward to 2018, when a recording artist took notice of Taylor’s presence on social media. Taylor landed in New York to style their album cover and began consulting as a wardrobe stylist while fostering relationships with prominent designers and public figures. She founded LTPR to bring this powerful network to Nashville.
Holly Passalaqua
Senior Account Manager
Holly Passalaqua is a public relations specialist and has worked as a news producer in the Greater Los Angeles area for over a decade. She joined Leigh Taylor PR in October of 2024 and is the most amazing addition to the team.
As the resident "mom" of the office, Holly makes the workplace feel like home. Her spirited nature and contagious energy connects with clients and helps LTPR+ thrive.
Alejandra Estrada
Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager
Alejandra Estrada is a graduate from Trevecca Nazarene University with a degree in Graphic Design, specializing in Social Media and Digital Marketing. She creates and posts content for LTPR+ and their clients.
Alejandra is a creative and hardworking employee, who has an eye for design. She is a personable and kindhearted person who makes the Leigh Taylor family complete.
Kylie Kissler
PR and Social Media Coordinator
Kylie Kissler is a collegiate at Lipscomb University and is projected to graduate in 2026. She joined the Leigh Taylor team in January as an intern, and has come back to work full-time.
Kylie is an amazing employee and we are so happy to have her back in the office. Her decisions are consistently effective and lead to positive outcomes. She is a pillar of support for the whole company.
